What is your Shipping Timeline?
Domestic Shipping (within India): All products take 7 to 10 working days, from the day of order confirmation to deliver products within India.
International Shipping : All products will take 7 to 18 working days, from the day of order confirmation to deliver products outside India.
Working days are Monday to Friday, so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.
In case of unforseen circumstances, such as natural calamites, acts of terrorism or delays caused due to destination customs clearance process, there may be a delay in the product delivery.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India.
Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost & risk.
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms/whatsapp with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too, as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
What are your shipping charges?
For Domestic Shipping : We offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 2499. For orders below Rs. 2499, the shipping charges will depend on the size, weight and the destination of the delivery location.
For international Shipping : In case of order which is to be shipped outside India, customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
NOTE: In case of International order, the customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and need to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
What shipping services do you use for International shipping?
We have an aggregator that allocates the best possible option for the location the product is getting shipped to. Some of the services used are DHL, Aramex, FedEX & UPS.
