Return & Exchange Policy

INDIAN HANDLOOMZ is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with your purchase then please do write to us at hello@indianhandloomz.com or contact us over phone call or WhatsApp at +91 93245 19566, you can choose to return the order.

NOTE : In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products.

ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY :

  • Never send back an item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us. No return or exchange will be given for items sent without our approval.
  • Any return or exchange requests placed 7-14 days after dispatch will not be eligible for a return.
  • The customer must inform the business within the first 48 to 72 hours after delivery. The customer must state their order name, number and reason for return. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
  • Only items that have a manufacturing defect are applicable for an exchange or refund in the form of store credit. Any other issues apart from a manufacturing or product defect are not applicable for return, refund or exchange.
  • The customer must send an unpacking video of the product for which they would like the return to be eligible for a return. Please ensure that the video is taken clearly and the issue is shown on the video.
  • Item must have its labels and tags attached in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be eligible for a return.
  • If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us and we will exchange the product for you at no additional cost.
  • Products will only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions. Safe delivery to you is our responsibility. However, we would request you take the utmost care when sending back the product for a return or exchange. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, please understand that in those scenarios we won't be able to assist you further.
  • No returns or refunds are applicable for products sold under SALE or DISCOUNT.
  • Please note there will be no refund in such cases. In a rare case wherein, order is placed but the product is not available due to inventory mismatch, our team will inform about it to the buyer. Buyer has an option to pick something else of the same value // or // get a full refund of the amount paid on the original mode of payment.

STORE CREDIT :
Only applicable if the return is eligible based on the Return Policy of Indian Handloomz.

  • Store credits will be provided only for those products that have been approved as a return by us due to a product or manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds in the form of store credit will be initiated after a complete quality check of the garment has been completed by The House of Deepthi team.
  • Store credits will be provided in the form of a code which can be used for future purchases. The code will be of a one-time usage.
  • Validity of store credits will be for 3 months only, from the date of issue.
  • All store credits will be sent to customers within 7-14 days after receiving the return of the approved garment.
  • Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • The shipping charges will be deducted after which the store credit will be issued to the customer.

COLOUR & DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER :
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

We, at Indian Handloomz, firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours may seem slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or of the jewellery ordered.

While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be variations in the colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and or differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

It is practically impossible for Indian Handloomz to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any product from Indian Handloomz is aware of this genuine problem.

While ordering on the internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following –

  • Handcrafted, handdyed, handblock printed, hand painted, hand embroidered & hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in an artistic manner. The raw finish of the handweaved products cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handmade items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER :
For international orders, currently we do not provide for refund policy. Although, Indian Handloomz will refund the amount to the customer only under following two circumstances and at the sole discretion of Indian Handloomz:

  • We will accept the return of only the defective product and then subsequently provide for the refund. However, the refund process will be initiated only post inspection and after we get a go-ahead from our QA (quality assurance) team. While refunding for the defective product, we will not charge you for shipment (to and from).
  • We will refund under those circumstances where our logistic partner has been unable to deliver the product, even after repeated efforts due to the customer’s unavailability. Although while making the refund, we will deduct from the amount paid all the costs incurred by Indian Handloomz like shipment expenses both to and from, customs paid and any other charges.
